Internet communications using web browsers are
normally not secure. But most browsers are capable of making secured transmissions.
When you access the secured online Order Form by clicking on one of the
"Order [item]" links, the URL will change from an
address beginning with "http" to one beginning with "https." The
"s" indicates that you are connected to a secured server and your transmission
will be encrypted. If your browser is not capable of making a secured transaction,
either the connection will not be made or you will receive a message warning that the
transmission is not secure. With encryption-capable browsers, security will be verified on
your browser. With Netscape, the broken key or open padlock in the lower left corner will
change to an unbroken key or closed padlock. With Microsoft Internet Explorer, a closed
padlock will appear in the lower right corner.
If you do not receive verification that your browser is in a secured mode, it is best to
fax, phone, or mail your order. Please use the online Order Form to make your
product and destination selections. The form will automatically calculate shipping
charges and provide a total amount. Print the Order Form then send it along with
your payment or credit card information.
Online orders are shipped within two business days
after they are received. If you enter your email address on the Order Form, date of
shipment will be confirmed by email.
Faxed orders are received in a secured area and shipped within two business days
after they are received. Faxed orders are confirmed only if confirmation is
requested on the order form and an email address is provided. We do not confirm by
mail or fax.
Ordering by mail is the slowest method; mainly because of the extra time
it takes to arrive here. But orders are processed just as quickly once we receive them.
Orders leave our site within two business day after they are received.
All shipments go by Airmail.
Orders shipped to U.S. destinations go First Class or Priority Mail
(depending on weight). Your order will normally arrive within three or four days of
shipment. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the Order Form according
to the item(s) ordered and the destination.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are shipped by mail under
the category of Airmail Letter-Post. A package will normally arrive at a destination
in Europe or Asia in about 14 days; but much depends on mail service at the destination.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you receive,
return it and you will receive a full refund. If the returned item was purchased by
credit card, your refund will be made directly to your credit card account. We ask only
that you return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

sold or otherwise provided to others. If you place an order and include your email address
on the Order Form, you will receive confirmation of your order by email.
